5 Things to be Learnt at Work

1. Snowball effect

It happens almost to all krocos in the office.

I’ll show the equation:

The Biggest Boss asks to The Big Big Boss = 100
The Big Big Boss panic, he asks to his subordinate (The big boss) = 100 x 2 = 200
The Big Boss panic, he asks to his subordinate (The boss) = 200 x 2 = 400
The Boss panic, he asks to us = (400 x 2) + (2 x 100)= 1000
We’re panic, we ask no one (since we’re in the bottom of the pyramid).

.
Voila,, we take 1000 instead of 100.

(Note: 2 is the coefficient of personal improvisation)



2. Marketing (jualan.bahasa) is everybody business

Regardless you’re an accountant, engineer, buyer, corporate lawyer, or even marketer,
you gotta sell yourself in front of the boss, big boss, big big boss, or biggest boss.........
...... or everyone if needed.

Remember, it’s always about Kotler’s 4Ps:

- Product (result of your task)
- People (you)
- Place (your current position)
- Price (demanded salary/bonus -> but it has less effect)


3. Play your cards smartly (in bahasa -> main cantik)

Don’t show your ace up soon. Be patient.
Wait until your boss is panic.... ok, he/she will ask your hand for his/her life.
And then,,, show your jack, queen, king, and finally the ace...
taraaaaa ---> you’re the savior


4. Be 200%

If you’ve heard commercial of Mizone: be 100%, just forget it.
Simple,, you have 8 working hours (100%) in a day. Just double it to make it 200%...
How could you get a promotion if you show typical performance hah??


5. Don’t worry,,,,
